Kay Raspberry

For lunch I had: 2 whole wheat whole grain toasts with 1 can of tuna soaked in vegtable oil

For a midday snack I had: 1cup diced honeydew melon

For supper(here's when I went crazy) I had: 6 small whole wheat pitas dipped in hummus, 1cup homemade fruit smoothie(consisting of strawberries kiwi raspberries skimmed milk and organic vanilla yogurt) and then I had 1 whoel wheat englihs muffin with 2 tbs of almond butter

DID I EAT TOO MUCH omgggg How can I make up for it tomorrow. I also got no exerise except walking fo 1 hour in the grocery store. I'm 95 pounds 5feet and with eating this much food I feel like a balloon
