Which eyeliner should i wear for school picture day?
so i went out today for some good eyeliner. btw im in 8th grade. tomorrows pic day and i never really worn any makeup. i pranctice but im only allowed to wear eyeliner for special occasions by my parents. yeah i know. so i got the Rimmel London soft Kohl Kajal eye Pencil Liner; wet n wild Idol Eyes Eye Pencil liner(this looks cool cause it has a very cool smudger and a built in sharpener!!!); and wet n wild Water Proof Liquid Liner. i dont wanna Wear Liquid cause its my first time with it. i didnt try it yet. so i put eyeliner on the top lid and theh bottom waterline. the thing with my last eyeliner is that i had to put eyeshadow over it to make it non smudge. so yeah. i have this crease on my eyelid that with overlap the eyeliner on the top so i didnt try the new liners yet. so idk. please help! thanks!

ya not the liquid for sure.. it would be too much and it hard to get it just right, i still have much trouble with it lol
and i'd say the rimmel london one because its a little better quality. if you want to smudge it out, use the smudge from the wet and wild.
and id say put it on the bottom and maybe the outer half of the top... just play around with it and see how you like it
