What goes on in the process of creating Makeup Brushes made of animal hair?
I need some Good Quality and low priced makeup brushes. I found a really good set but it's made from the following animal hair: Goat/Pony/Sable/Raccoon/Taklon
What do they do to aquire the hair for the brushes? Do they kill them?
Also, where can I get VEGAN brushes for a good price? I really don't want to have to settle for this Brush Set
not sure where you are located but Eco Tools are GREAT brushes and I prefer them over my goat hair brushes. Taklon is synthetic as well btw. Eco tools are vegan and made of bamboo and recycled aluminum as well as non animal hair 
and it's cheap. You can find them at the drugstores (rite aid, walgreens, etc), target, walmart, ULTA and so on.
